Orders are sent out during business hours on Monday to Friday excluding any public holidays.
Orders typically ship 1-3 business days after being placed.
Our delivery timeline to the AUS takes between 7-15 business days.
NOTE: Actual delivery time is still subject to the official website/notice of the local courier as it may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors.
If your tracking number does not work, check first if all numbers and letters are correct in your tracking number. The tracking number sometimes takes up to 48 hours to become active so don't be alarmed if you get an error message when you first track it.
If 48 hours have passed and the tracking number still doesn't work, contact us at support@osmo-aus.com and we'll fix it!
