14-Day Return Policy

At Osmo, you can return your order within 14 days.

To ensure our return guarantee applies, please handle the products only as you would in a store and return them complete, unused, and undamaged.

If items are not returned in their original condition, a partial refund may apply.

How do I proceed with a return?

1. Please send your return request to the following email address: support@tryosmo.com.
2.  You will receive clear information on how to return your item quickly and easily.

IMPORTANT: Please note that the returned product must be sent to the address we provided of our warehouse. Otherwise, delivery may be rejected.

Once your returned product arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect it and process it & refund you as quickly as possible. Please note that this process can take up to 3 weeks .

Which items can be returned?

• All products ordered from our official Osmo website
• In resalable condition
• In original packaging
• Undamaged 

Which items cannot be returned?

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Discounted items (if applicable)
• Products that were damaged to long use

What if the item I received is damaged?

If the purchased product is faulty, damaged, or not working - please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow exchanges of purchased items for selectable variations. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What refund options are available?

The following refund options are supported:

• Refund to the original payment method
• Refund as gift card / store credit (if applicable)

How can I return the items?

How quickly will I receive my refund?

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email. You will also be informed whether your refund request has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 to 8 business days of approval.
